Confrontation
What they say won’t matter.
What they do won’t bother.
How you react, it’s up to you.
Vengeance bears no value.
Show off, insufferable, you won’t beat
My indifference, strengthened to peak
By circumstances that life brings feat.
But in solitude, I silently bleed.
What’s in the surface holds true to many
But what paints the big picture remains
Unseen yet uncloaked, within reach yet submerged.
Only if you invest in truth shall it emerge.
Small things bring big trouble
Coz you blow it out of proportion
Could have been fine with proper evaluation,
not respond with a mere spike of emotion.
Wondering how it feels when the beat
Flatlined, static, unable to flinch
Where despite loud calls, you can’t heed
Wondering how it feels, will I feel?
