  • The major reason why it was scrapped was due to some height restrictions/limitations (the site is close to the airport and the height of the structures within the area are regulated by CAAP). Secondly, there are no investors who’ll push the construction of the tower.

• Hi! I’m researching about the whole Pagcor Entertainment City Project and I was bumped into this site. As of now, Pagcor Tower is at a proposal stage again ( visit the Wikipedia Article of Pagcor Tower Page for source). Remember, the project was scrapped because it subject for being too high or too close at the airport.

      Before sa Taguig nila itatayo ang South Intermodal terminal na yan…kung itutuloy yan sa may Uniwide mall, then mapupuno rin ng buses (that take SLEX) and gagawing NAIA Expressway II.

  • Thanks for the info Tim but we need reliable sources in writing to update this. I believe, Belle has two resorts, one is under construction (but is not indicated because I couldn’t find any source while the other is under proposal).
    Also, as stated, Solaire Manila is under construction.

  •  A Disneyland is not part of the original plan and is unlikely to be built due to the close proximity of HonKong's

      • That will depend on your country of origin. But in reference to the Philippines, Hongkong is closer. Also, going to Tokyo requires a pesky visa application unlike HongKong which can give you a tourist pass upon arrival.
