i have the same problem. sent a small amount of money thru BPI to cash to Palawan.
Our yaya had a hard time claiming it, she was told by Palawan she can’t claim it because it was sent thru BPI.
I haven’t received yet the money sent to me through bpi to cash. It was 2 days ago already and still I can’t claim the money. How many days I will wait. Or it will be refunded to the sender?
Ano po ang hinihintay ninyo para e-claim ang pera?
Once successful ang money transaction, BPI will provide a 13-digit reference number. Yun na po ang gagamitin niyo to claim the money. Sabihin niyo lang na BPI to Cash ang gamit niyo.
Please read the article. See Step 8.
This happened to me too recently. Nagpadala ako sa mama ko ng money. They gave me reference number but when she attempts to cash out sa palawan express, untraceable daw yung reference number. So i checked kung nabawas ba yung amount na pinadala ko. And yes nabawas pati yung charge nila na 99 per transfer. This is the first time nangyari to. Sa 2 years kong nagpapadala from BPI to Palawan Express.
Will i be able to get my money back?
What is the reason why they cannot claim the money in palawan express thru online banking bpi cash out?
Then the money was gone?
Can you help me this problem
Try to ask Palawan the reason, and then coordinate with BPI.
This is a very helpful guide. Thank you!
