Redefining her love
It has been three years since my grandmother’s death. Love has always been synonymous to her existence. I had lived twenty-two beautiful years of my life because of the reality that she had loved me so much beyond words can ever explain. I guess it is the kind of love that transcends through time and yet no words can exactly capture its existence. After her death, I realized that I had so much love for her. And I thought that love will always be for her. Life after her death has been very struggling. I wake up each day relinquishing ... Read more
2011 was a Tough Year
2011 was the most challenging year for me. If ever someone would be interested to know my biography, I would highlight such year to be the toughest year. I couldn’t count the intances that my heart beat faster than normal, the nights which I hadn’t get enough and restful sleep, and the workdays where I only kept on browsing on outside opportunities. Arrhythmia and sleeping disorder were some of the few harvests I raked from the distinguished people’s seeds. Why I say so? It was April when my father was diagnosed of Microscopic Hematuria, a disease secondary to possible cardiovascular ... Read more

The Rebirth of Ichigo’s Shinigami Powers
What I like most with Tite Kubo is the LOGIC behind all the stories. If what unveils Ichigo’s power is by cutting him with a Shinigami’s Zanpaktou, why not cut him again. Of course it can’t be done when Ichigo has no ability to sense reatsu, an ability he lost along with his powers when he uses the Final Getsuga Tenshou technique during his battle with Sosuke Aizen. For those who just follow the manga chapters, his powers weren’t lost immediately. In fact, he was able to use it with the unfinished anime filler, the mod souls. Inaba Kageroza was ... Read more

Philippines’ Claim over Spratlys, Illegal?
The Philippines could not claim sovereignty over Spratlys on the basis of geographic proximity, risk to national security, and by the principle of terra nullius. Thus, the Philippines’ claim over Spratlys or part of Spratlys is illegal, declared Spratlys.org (a website advocating for Nansha Islands of China, China’s name for Spratlys). The said website also supported their conclusion on why such claim is illegal. According to the website, there is no international law stating that geographical proximity can be used to justify the claim. Because saying so means some isolated islands of Sulu should belong to Brunei and not to ... Read more
Philippine Azkals lose to Kuwait at 0-3
Kuwaitis rejoice at Mohammad Al Hamad Stadium for their national team had beaten the Philippine Azkals in the first leg of World Cup qualifier. With the final score of 3-0 in favor of Kuwait, it was clearly a tough game for the Philippine Azkals, the game’s underdog. It was apparent that the Kuwaiti National football team is more superior in terms of skills. Compared to Philippine Azkals, they have better defense, brisk passing and ball handling ability. Anyway, the Philippine Azkals have far more way to go.
3D Technology Without the Glasses?
Now you may ask; “Is it possible?”, the answer is; the hell yes. But before we start discussing on such possibility let us start understanding 3D technology first. 3D imaging or stereoscopy is a photography technique that presents two 2D offset images combined to give us a 3D perception. 3D films, on the other hand, is presented by two superimposed motion pictures (taken on different perspective) projected onto the same screen through different polarizing filters. 3D glasses are also polarizing filters with left and right filters oriented differently (clockwise and counterclockwise circular polarization). Each filter passes only the light which ... Read more
Collision Warning System: Not so New Technology
Shocked! That was my reaction when I came across to a Yahoo! article entitled “What the car of 2020 will look like”. Shocked not only to the article’s content itself but with the comments posted below it. Wouldn’t these people aware that this technology was been available for more than three years now? Several models were out in the market such as Lexus LS 430, 2007 Volvo S80 and S60, Mercedes-Benz’s S-Class, 2009 Lincoln MKS (photo shown) and the recent Ford Taurus and Audi A8 offers such warning system. The first release of this Precrash system (Collision warning System) technology-capable cars offer ... Read more
